Overview

Our systems incorporate the use of solar array panels and micro-inverters (electrical devices that allows solar power users to compliment their grid power with solar power) to produce and regulate voltage and current that is received from the sun and convert this into alternating current.

Through the internet, our systems, and the energy they are producing, can be monitored for real time production and technical status. Please see our past projects and check out the real time monitoring for yourself on some of our previously installed PV systems.

Keep in mind that each solar generator system is unique and there are many things to consider during the planning stages.
These systems have the potential of being a profitable investment only if it is designed to accurately meet all demands.
Our team is prepared to meet with potential clients to provide information on government incentives and gather all data required to complete an energy efficient system design.
A site assessment will be performed using a Solar Pathfinder in order to prepare an energy model. This analysis will determine the optimal photovoltaic potential, and the data will be processed to generate financial projections.

OUR PV SYSTEMS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION:

> E.S.A. CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION: This is document confirms that our installation has been installed by a Certified Licensed Electrician according the Ontario Electrical Code, and has been inspected by the Electrical Safety Authority.

> ENERGY PRODUCTION MODEL: The results of this evaluation have been generated by identifying your site photovoltaic potential by processing site data into the SolarPathfinder Assistant* software and combining this with RET Screen Software. This is used to produce estimated financial projections generated by the solar system.

> MANUFACTURER WARRANTY PACKAGE: Upon completion, we will forward a detailed manufacturer warranty information for each solar component.

> DOMESTIC CONTENT INFORMATION: As this is required to complete the your OPA contract, we will confirm in writing the domestic content of you solar system.

> STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING REPORT: Depending on the site location, the local building department may require a building permit along with an engineer’s report confirming that the existing structure will provide sufficient support for the PV system. We can assist in providing these documents to confirm that the installation has been done correctly, in accordance with the local building code.

> ROOF INSPECTION: Often an existing structure’s roof will require maintenance before a solar system can be installed. Following our initial site inspection, our staff will have enough information about your roof’s condition, and will comment on its condition.

> RECOMMENDED SYSTEM MAINTENANCE INFORMATION PACKAGE: Before the end of the job, our staff will go over every detail of the system, and will go over a list of recommended system maintenance tips that will ensure that your system’s performance is optimal.

WHY USE MICRO-INVERTERS?

• Increases resilience to shade, dust and debris

• Greater production in low-light condition

• No single point of failure of 331 years MTBF

• System availability greater than 99.8%

• Reduced component stress

• Very low internal temperature rise

• 24/7 monitoring on a per-module basis

• Eliminates the space, heat, and noise issues of a large inverter

• Dramatically reduced installation design
